Gregg M. Feinberg

Gregg M. Feinberg graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1983.

After working as a corporate attorney for 5 years for a local company, he became a sole practitioner and then a partner in the firm of Black, McCarthy, Eidelman and Feinberg. In 1992, he formed Feinberg & Associates which is now Feinberg Law Office, where he serves as general counsel to such firms as Computer Aid, Inc., Boyle Construction, TecPort Partners, LP, Rogers & Wolfe Properties and Sunburst Property Management, Inc.

In 1995, Mr. Feinberg joined with other attorneys from around the country to form the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (“NARCA”) and he served as its Vice President, Secretary and on its Board of Directors for four years. NARCA is now the leading trade association for retail collection and creditor’s rights attorneys in the country. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Feinberg founded the Pennsylvania Creditors Rights Association and served as its president for two years.

Since 1997, Mr. Feinberg has worked actively as a commercial and industrial real estate developer and is a principal in Ridgeview Limited Partners and multiple real estate partnerships. Mr. Feinberg has developed over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space including renovations of urban space such as the Design Center in South Bethlehem, preservation of the Johnson Machinery Building and award winning corporate space such as the CAI Corporate Park and institutional space such as the new Information Technology Center at Lehigh Carbon Community College. He is also a managing partner of Central Pennsylvania’s first technology park, the 100 acre TecPort Business Center, which has revitalized the former AMP facility in Harrisburg, PA, with over 3,000 new jobs.

Mr. Feinberg has been instrumental in attracting new business to Lehigh and Northampton counties as a founding shareholder of Crystal Signatures, Inc., a custom crystal manufacturing business, Composite Particles, Inc., a company that used recycled rubber from automobile tires for a myriad of products, Ridgeview Limited Partners and College Facilities Solutions.

Mr. Feinberg serves as Chairman of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the ninth largest chamber in the country. He also serves on the Executive Committee, Nominating Committee and Finance Committee of the GLVCC as well as the Advisory Board of Originate Ventures, a venture capital fund; the board of the Mary Ellen Golf Tournament Committee for Easter Seals and as counsel and a founding advisory board member to the FC Lehigh United Soccer Club. He also volunteers as a pilot for Angel Flight East. He has served as Treasurer of the ArtsQuest Foundation; the architectural selection and development committee and construction advisory committee for the ArtsQuest Performing Arts Center at the former Bethlehem Steel site and as Chairman of the SteelStacks Finance Committee. He has been a speaker to such groups as the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Development Center of Lehigh University, NARCA and the Commercial Law League of America. He is a member of the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Feinberg is a pilot and an avid golfer and has served as a member of the Nike Golf Player Staff.

Mr. Feinberg is married to Cindy Feinberg, the Director of Community and Economic Development for Lehigh County, and they have a son who attends Boston College and a daughter who attends the University of Delaware.
