About Us

Feinberg Law Office

Feinberg Law is a different kind of law office. I offer a blend of skills and services in corporate and business law; real estate development, acquisition and closings; information technology; management, business and project consulting; and construction law. As a sole practitioner, I don’t answer to any partners or a management committee. I control my fee structure and how much I bill. I am interested in results, not the billable hour.

As a small office, there are numerous areas of the law that I do not handle. As a result, I have developed working relationships with other local and national attorneys to handle litigation matters, copyright and patent registration, liquor licensing, labor law and other areas. I serve as outside general counsel to a number of companies that value my business skills and I do not hesitate to outsource matters that fall into an area in which I do not practice. I continue to manage those matters and monitor their progress while not burdening the client with duplicative billing.

I grew up here and have practiced law in the Lehigh Valley for over 35 years and having served as Chair of the Chamber of Commerce and one of the largest non-profits in the area, I know local business, real estate and development activity in this area. Making connections and building relationships is one of the non-traditional law things that we do.

Most of my clients are also my friends. I’m proud of the testimonials of my clients and how they view me as not just their attorney but their mentor, consultant, partner, advisor and friend.

Gregg has served Boyle Construction in so many capacities as a lawyer, partner, developer, customer, business advisor and consultant. He has consistently demonstrated tremendous negotiating skills and superb legal ability. We have participated in real estate projects that he has led, developed and managed with great success. He has been an invaluable asset to the success of Boyle Construction.

The SteelStacks project at the former Bethlehem Steel plant is the center piece of the revitalization of the largest brownfield in the country. I needed an individual to manage the project who could handle its complexity, coordinate the multiple stakeholders (including the Sands Casino, ArtsQuest, PBS39 and the City of Bethlehem), manage the political challenges (including opposition to the Tax Increment Financing “TIF” funding) and get the job done on time and on budget. I hired Gregg Feinberg and he delivered on all counts. We now have a fabulous music and entertainment pavilion, a visitors’ center, a world class arts center, a state-of-the-art public television studio and wonderful public spaces that are the core for the redevelopment of the entire site. I could not be more pleased with the result and Gregg’s performance.

Gregg incorporated our company in 1993 when he helped me separate from a former partner. Since then he has provided contracts, litigation support, construction assistance, lease negotiations, intellectual property counsel and overall business guidance that has helped me build our company into the successful business that it is today. He has been an indispensable partner for Trifecta. Gregg is a businessman’s attorney – he thinks like a businessman and provides the advice and guidance of a good attorney.
