project at the former Bethlehem Steel plant is the center piece of the revitalization of the largest brownfield in the country. I needed an individual to manage the project who could handle its complexity, coordinate the multiple stakeholders (including the Sands Casino, ArtsQuest, PBS39 and the City of Bethlehem), manage the political challenges (including opposition to the Tax Increment Financing “TIF” funding) and get the job done on time and on budget. I hired Gregg Feinberg and he delivered on all counts. We now have a fabulous music and entertainment pavilion, a visitors’ center, a world class arts center, a state-of-the-art public television studio and wonderful public spaces that are the core for the redevelopment of the entire site. I could not be more pleased with the result and Gregg’s performance.
